1. Can I make changes to my order?
We start to create your personalised case as soon as we receive your order. Any changes that you require need to be emailed to us immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to meet your amendments, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made due to processing and dispatch times.
2. What Payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay.
3. What colours can you monogram in?
We can monogram in Gold and Silver. We also offer Blind embossing (meaning we indent the leather, leaving no colour)
4. What colours do you print on for your Glitter cases?
We predominately print with white colour. However, you may request a different colour. Please email us your requests to email@example.com
5. What font sizes can I choose from?
TPP offers two sizes for monogramming. A 24 Point and 36 Point size. The smaller size is perfect for smaller phone cases such as iPhone 6/6s/7/8. The larger size is better suited for plus size phone cases and leather bags.
With our printing service, we try to fit your chosen name as accurately as we can onto the case, however the final result will be up to our discretion due to the name being designed before it is printed onto your case.
6. Is there a limit to how many letters that can be monogrammed on any item?
This is dependent on what sort of personalistion/size/style of case you have chosen. Please design your case online to give you an indication of what it would look like.
7. Can my name/initials be monogrammed anywhere on my item?
We offer personalistaion that is centred on the top, middle and bottom of your chosen style.
8. How long will it take for my order to be made?
All items are processed as soon as we receive your order and dispatched within 1-2 days.
9. Can I pick up my order?
The Personal Print brand is exclusively sold at Fone Express. Orders can be picked up at Fone Express from the address below-

Your order can also be picked up from our Boutique store located at Westfield Parramatta.
10. I’m not happy with my case. What are my options?
We are happy to re-print your case should there be a discrepancy with the quality of your product. Change of mind purchases are not liable for return of refund.
11. What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on monogrammed or customized products due to change of mind. If your product is faulty or damaged in transit, TPP will replace your product as necessary, free of charge or offer you a refund of the original payment. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photographs of the faulty products and a member of our customer service team will be in contact with you.
When purchasing a TPP product, you obtain a guarantee valid for 12 months in accordance with the conditions of this guarantee. The date of purchase is shown on your standard receipt. To properly employ the guarantee, you must provide a receipt from a sanctioned TPP purveyor.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage while in possession of a patron not precipitated by a deficiency in material or workmanship
Damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, regular wear and tear
Damage by accident or carelessness of persons other than sanctioned TPP personnel.
