The Personal Print does not accept the return of products for refund when you have had a change of mind, found an item cheaper somewhere else or have decided that you don’t like the product or have a use for it after purchase.
Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including delivery costs.
Return/exchange delivery due to change of mind purchases will be at your own expense and only accepted back within 7 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original condition and resalable. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
The products are your responsibility until they reach The Personal Print, so please make sure it’s packaged properly to ensure no damage in transit. We advise you use a postal service that insures the value of the item you are returning and that you obtain proof of postage. Signature on delivery to The Personal Print is required. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and design description as well as to notify us of your intention to return due to change of mind.
Please note that under no circumstances will monogrammed or customised products be accepted for return due to change of mind.
